Inside Our Manufacturing Process
Every BestBuy mattress goes through a carefully controlled process - from fabric cutting to final packing - ensuring structural precision, durability and long-term comfort.
Fabric Cutting & Panel Preparation
Quilted or plain fabric is cut into precise panels for the top and bottom of the mattress. Side panels are prepared and fitted with handles and vents before final assembly.
Skilled Tape Edge Closing
A trained tape-edge operator uses a movable sewing head to close the mattress. Panels and binding tape are precisely fed together for a clean, tailored finish.
Pillow Top & Comfort Layers
Premium models include pre-quilted pillow tops and engineered comfort layers - enhancing luxury feel while maintaining structural support.
Quality Control
Quality checks are built into every critical stage. Most inspections are performed visually by experienced staff during production, long before packing - ensuring the foam, fabric and finishing meet our specifications.
Finished mattresses are then labeled with content details and regulatory tags before being sealed in protective covers with warranty and care information.
Mattress Lifespan & Replacement
Mattress lifespan depends on materials, build quality, care and how intensively it’s used. While some low-quality foam can fail within a year, well-made cores can last a decade or more.
